Immune liver diseases include three diseases and are treated as follows: 1. autoimmune hepatitis: once diagnosed, hormone and immunosuppressant azathioprine treatment is required, and individualized treatment plans are developed according to different conditions, with gradual reduction to maintenance doses to achieve biochemical and histological remission; 2. primary biliary cholangitis: once diagnosed, ursodeoxycholic acid treatment is required to control the disease; 3. primary sclerosing cholangitis: there is no any specific treatment, and once the disease is developed, survival can only be achieved by liver transplantation in advanced stages.
