Precursors to Pearl Rash Disappearing

Pearly rash is usually a pearly penile papule that disappears preceded by a softening of the rash and then a gradual decrease in size. Some pearly rashes are treated with physical therapy, which results in crusting, then the crusts fall off and the papules disappear. Pearl rash refers to a skin condition that occurs on the coronal margins and grooves of the penis. If it is asymptomatic and the pimples are few or solitary, it usually does not require treatment and may heal on its own after middle age. Pearly rash is mainly characterized by white-yellow or reddish pimples in the form of pearls. Some patients have more pimples or are prone to infections, and this condition can be treated by freezing, high-frequency surgical therapy, or lasers. The treatment process usually involves necrosis of the pimple area, which then falls off, scabs off, and finally disappears. If the symptoms of itching, redness and swelling appear in the pearl rash, you should go to the hospital in time for proper treatment.
