You can’t get pregnant by touching a condom with your hand touching the outside. This is because pregnancy is an extremely complex process and sperm fertilization takes place in a specific environment and temperature. Once the sperm is out of the prostate and vagina, the sperm has an exceptionally short time to survive in the air, usually no more than an hour. As long as a man or woman wears a condom throughout sex and it is not accidentally broken or detached, touching the outside of the condom with the hand that has touched it will not cause pregnancy.
