Can you get pregnant if you take the pill without ejaculating?

Without ejaculating inside and taking birth control pills afterwards, pregnancy is usually not possible. The prerequisite for a woman to become pregnant is that the sperm in the man’s semen can enter the woman’s uterus and reach the fallopian tubes where it meets the egg to form a fertilized ovum, which will then be deposited in the uterus. If there is no ejaculation in the woman’s vagina during intercourse, this means that the sperm cannot meet the egg and there is no chance of pregnancy. Of course, some men may be sexually aroused and some of the semen may flow into the vagina before ejaculation, which may result in pregnancy, but this is unlikely because the woman has taken the emergency contraceptive pill to prevent pregnancy.
