There are several reasons for the vague pain in the lower left side of the abdomen of the body: first, pain in the local body surface location, there may be inguinal hiatal or rectal hernia, and abdominal myofasciitis. Second, vague pain can occur in the abdominal cavity, including ureteral stones, sigmoiditis, and some tumors, tuberculosis, and polyps of the sigmoid colon and rectum. In this case, colonoscopy and abdominal CT examination should be performed to clarify the cause of lower abdominal pain, so as not to cause the patient’s condition to be misunderstood, and if necessary, MRI, stool occult blood and blood laboratory tests, including tumor markers and other tests should be done.
