First, the origin of silver needle therapy
The use of gold needles and silver needles to treat injuries and diseases in ancient China has a long history, and is said to have developed from the ancient “nine needles” in ~ needles and long needles. The Chinese ancestors created a system of Chinese medicine, in which acupuncture occupies a relatively unique position. To date, acupuncture has been widely used in the treatment of pain, however, we have little knowledge of the unique long-term effects of silver needle acupuncture therapy in the treatment of pain, which is only used in the folklore alone.
In the 1970s, China’s bone scientists Xuan jing people in the pioneering human soft tissue release surgery to treat severe back and leg pain and lumbar disc herniation cases based on the understanding, reveal the soft tissue damage pressure pain point distribution law, that is, in strict accordance with the human soft tissue surgical anatomy, the use of Dr. Lu Yunxiang family of silver needle for intensive acupuncture therapy, achieved unexpected results. It has both an immediate analgesic effect and a long-term pain management effect. More surprisingly, it was found that all the areas pricked by the needle produced a lasting muscle relaxation effect, that is, people have difficulty dealing with the pain caused by muscle spasms magically get released. This made a breakthrough in the clinical treatment of traditional silver needle acupuncture therapy under the guidance of the theory of soft tissue surgery.
That is, the use of intensive silver needle acupuncture therapy can achieve significant results in the treatment of intractable pain that is difficult to be cured by general medicine and physical therapy and that can only be cured by surgical release surgery. So far, this “needle instead of knife” idea and treatment has been rapidly spread. Since the 1970s, about 20,000 cases of severe back and leg pain, neck and arm pain, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain have been treated with this therapy, receiving extremely satisfactory results, with a cure rate of more than 90%. It has become a unique branch of modern acupuncture therapy, and is expected to become one of the nemesis of human difficult pains.
