The pain in the kidney is distension, and the ureteral spasm is pain along the ureteral travel area, from the posterior lumbar area to the bladder area, and this pain is usually colic. If the ureteral pain is not caused by stones or tumors, simple kidney pain, such as kidney infection, this pain is in the back of the back, inside the rib cage pain.
