If bleeding occurs between the vulva and the anus, clinically it may be due to the following reasons: 1. a history of trauma leading to skin breakdown, so bleeding may occur. 2. local inflammatory reaction, local breakdown of the skin mucosa may also occur. 3. the lesion of endometriosis is ectopic between the vulva and the anus, and the lesion ruptures, so clinically bleeding will also occur. This condition is often accompanied by more severe pain between the vulva and the anus during menstruation. If the bleeding is caused by inflammatory reaction or trauma, it is recommended to give anti-inflammatory treatment and to give sutures to stop the bleeding in time if the trauma wound is deep. If the bleeding is caused by rupture of endometriosis lesions, active surgery is recommended.
