Dietary taboos for children with autism

Autistic children can have the same diet as normal children, but now some domestic and foreign experts have begun to study whether the child’s allergic reaction to food will lead to the aggravation of autism symptoms, so it is recommended that parents can give their children a food intolerance test. The food intolerance test includes many foods that children often eat, such as milk, eggs, tomatoes, and fish, shrimp and so on. If a child has an allergic reaction and is found to be hypersensitive to a certain kind of food, he or she can try to avoid letting the child eat this kind of food or eat a small amount of this kind of food.
