Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets are effective in the treatment of symptomatic supraventricular tachycardia, including atrioventricular junctional tachycardia, WPW syndrome combined with supraventricular tachycardia, and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation; and ventricular tachycardia that, in the judgment of a physician, requires treatment or is fatal. Adverse reactions such as dizziness, palpitations, cardiac conduction abnormalities, anxiety, sleep disturbances, headache, abnormal taste, blurred vision, dyspnea, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea, dry mouth and constipation, chest pain, fatigue, fever, liver function abnormalities, atrial flutter, tachycardia or bradycardia, and loss of appetite may occur with administration of propafenone hydrochloride tablets.
