How to strengthen a weak heart

Weak heart function is generally considered to be related to coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, etc. Coronary artery disease requires implantation of stents or taking medications such as aspirin, atorvastatin, etc.; heart failure medication includes diuretics such as lasemide and inhibitors of the RAAS system such as valsartan; and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy medication includes furosemide and metoprolol.
1. Coronary heart disease: coronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture leads to myocardial ischemia, acute myocardial infarction occurs in severe cases, and myocardial necrosis will weaken the heart function. Generally, acute myocardial infarction requires implantation of stents as soon as possible to open the blood vessels, and drug treatment includes aspirin, atorvastatin, metoprolol and other anti-platelet aggregation, lipid regulating drugs.
2. Heart failure: myocardial ischemia and other reasons lead to cardiac decompensation, reduced cardiac blood output can not supply the organs required, general drug therapy, including torasemide and other diuretics, metoprolol and other beta-blockers, valsartan and other inhibitors of the RAAS system, spironolactone and other aldosterone receptor antagonists, which can improve the cardiac function, conducive to the prognosis of the disease.
3. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: myocardial hypertrophy due to heredity, long-term hypertension and other causes of cardiac function is impaired, chest pain, palpitations and other manifestations of drug treatment, including furosemide and other diuretics, metoprolol and other beta-blockers, amiodarone and other anti-arrhythmic drugs, etc., to improve the symptoms of the disease and cardiac function has a good effect.
If the patient has chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath and other manifestations of cardiac decompensation, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, to clarify the cause of the disease, and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
