The anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery is an important branch of the coronary artery, stenosis will cause myocardial ischemia or necrosis, which can lead to acute myocardial infarction in severe cases, etc. The level of stenosis can be divided into 4 classes.
1. Grade I: The rate of coronary artery stenosis is less than 25%, which is mild and can be treated with medication.
2.Grade II: the rate of coronary artery stenosis is 26% to 50%, which is mild and can be treated with medication.
3.Class III: coronary artery stenosis rate of 51% to 70%, moderate stenosis, some patients need medication, if chest tightness, chest pain and other symptoms are obvious, consider coronary stent implantation and other interventional therapy.
4.Class IV: The degree of coronary artery stenosis is above 70%, which is severe stenosis and requires medication, coronary stent implantation, coronary artery bypass grafting and other treatments.
If the patient has symptoms such as chest tightness, chest pain, sweating, etc., it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, combined with coronary CTA or imaging and other tests to clarify the disease, and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
