What to do if you always have pimples on your body

Acne usually refers to acne. Acne may be caused by clogged hair follicles, endocrine disorders, excessive androgen levels, etc. Depending on the cause, you can choose to improve the condition by doing a good job of cleansing, adopting good dietary habits, and taking medication.
1. Clogged hair follicles: When the body secretes too much oil and fats and fails to clean it in time, the excess oil and fats will clog the pores and form acne. Therefore, you should clean yourself well after exercise or hard work to prevent clogging of hair follicles. If acne does not go away on its own, you can use medications such as retinoic acid ointment, azelaic acid, and benzoyl peroxide gel to apply to the affected area, which can help reduce acne.
2. Diet: High sugar and spicy foods such as pepper, ginger, cake and cream may cause acne. You should develop good dietary habits, reduce the intake of high-sugar, spicy and stimulating foods, and increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables to replenish vitamins and dietary fiber to promote metabolism and alleviate acne symptoms.
3. High androgen levels: When androgens are too high, sebaceous glands secrete vigorously, which may lead to acne. If acne is caused by high androgen levels, medications such as estradiol valerate tablets and estrone hypogestrel can be used to regulate androgen levels for treatment purposes.
All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a medical professional and should not be used without authorization. If acne becomes more widespread or inflamed, it is recommended to go to the hospital for treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
