Anrotinib is mainly used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and many kinds of soft tissue sarcoma, which can significantly prolong the survival of patients and has better clinical efficacy.
Anrotinib is suitable for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have experienced recurrence or progression after chemotherapy, as well as patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma who have experienced recurrence or progression after chemotherapy. Clinical trial data have shown that this product is able to prolong the survival of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer by an average of about 3 months compared with placebo, and the rate of disease control has been effectively improved.
The common adverse reactions of this product include fatigue, hypertension, gastrointestinal reactions, skin reactions of hands and feet, liver function abnormalities, thyroid function abnormalities, hyperlipidemia and proteinuria, etc. This product is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to this product, in patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, in pregnant and breastfeeding women, in patients with centralized squamous carcinoma of the lungs, or in patients who are at risk of hemoptysis.
