Back acupuncture point diagnosis

Many diseases can be diagnosed by touching acupuncture points, and now we mainly introduce back touch points for diagnosis. 1, lung Yu 1) skin elevation is mostly heat in the chest, can have shortness of breath, cough and other symptoms. 2) If there is any reaction to this point, it is often found in the lung meridian: Taiyuan, Kong most, Zhongfu, etc. 3) A diagnosis of striae and nodules with pressure and pain is a symptom of phlegm and cough. 4) If there is pressure and pain in the skin around the cords and nodules, the symptoms are mostly cough, shortness of breath, lung heat and chest pain. 5) There is also a reaction at the Tanzhong point combined with observation. 2) TURN-YIN YU 1) Acupuncture point reaction with prismatic nodules with significant pressure pain and skin elevation at the point, mostly associated with vomiting, boredom, chest tightness, palpitations, neurasthenia, rheumatic heart disease, and intercostal nerve pain. (This point responds to pathological changes in the stomach and heart.) 2) The pressure pain in the danzhong point also responds to pericardial pathology. The internal organs all have Yu in the back, but only the pericardium does not have Yu, why? I said: the Yu of the heart is also the Yu of the pericardium. 3. Heart Yu 1) If there are prismatic nodules with significant pressure pain, it is mostly pain in the inner part of the upper limbs, redness and swelling, palpitations and palpitations, panic and boredom, and thirst. 2) If the skin is sunken and the pressure pain is sensitive, the patient often suffers from disturbed heart and chest, trance and forgetfulness, and dullness. 4. Liver Yu 1) Localized skin elevation with pressure and pain sensitivity is often associated with insomnia. 2) Those with striated nodules with obvious pressure and pain are often suffering from dizziness, insomnia, and restlessness. 3) In the case of prismatic nodules with pressure and pain sensitivity, the patient may have dizziness, insomnia, sleeplessness, jaundice, or red and swollen biological lesions on the inner side of the lower limbs. 5. Biliary nodules 1) Most patients with prickly nodules sensitive to pressure and pain have jaundice. 2) Where there are thin striations and pressure pain, most of them are lateral paralysis of the lower extremities. If there is a bubble-like reaction at the vital point at the same time, it is numbness of the lower extremities. 6. Spleen Yu 1) Localized skin depression with softness like cotton when pressed, mostly due to deficiency. 2) Those with striated skin and pressure pain are often suffering from dizziness, insomnia, weakness, forgetfulness, irritability, loss of appetite, loose stools, and swelling. 3) Pronounced nodules with significant pressure pain are associated with redness and swelling of the inner part of the lower limbs, difficulty in walking, and unfavorable movement of the big toe. 7. Gastric Yu 1) If there are striated nodules with significant pressure and pain, it is often a symptom of lack of appetite and stomach pain. 2) If there are prismatic nodules with obvious pressure and pain, it is often associated with vomiting, inappetence, stomach pain, abdominal distension, and redness and swelling on the outer side of the hip joint. 8. Sanjiao Yu 1) Localized skin elevation with striated nodules and obvious pressure pain, mostly associated with lumbago, dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorders and cloudy urine. 2) Pronounced nodules with pressure pain are usually associated with tinnitus, deafness, headache, abdominal distention and fullness, and vomiting (pronounced nodules in Sanjiao Yu of pregnant women). 9.Kidney Yu 1) With striated nodules, where pressure pain is sensitive, it is usually a symptom of impotence, dizziness, back pain and tinnitus. 2) Prismatic nodules with obvious pressure and pain are usually symptoms of hematuria, lumbar pain, swelling, etc. 3) Localized skin elevation with nodules like oval-shaped nodules with pressure and pain are symptoms of kidney deficiency with heat, tinnitus and head swelling. 10.Large intestine 1) A hard round nodule with pressure and pain is a sign of dry stool. 2) Those with prismatic nodules with pressure pain mostly have headache, toothache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. 11. Small Intestine Yu 1) Where the nodule is oval and hard in texture and the pressure pain is significant, the patient mostly suffers from dizziness, posterior headache and posterior constriction. 2) A bubble-like rotating sensation in this point is mostly associated with prolapse of the uterus in women. 12, Bladder 1) Soft oval nodules, mostly enuresis. 2) Prismatic nodules with pressure and pain are usually associated with fever and headache, frequent urination, red and astringent urination, lumbar pain, abdominal distension and leucorrhea. 3) Those with thin cord-like nodules and painful pressure usually have numbness and paralysis of the lower limbs. Additional: 1. Baihui diagnosis Baihui, the degree of softness and hardness of this point can be determined by hand probing wind, gas, phlegm, and other phlegm-drinking disorders. 1) tight bundle type finger nudging, pressure does not move, the main Qi, blood, water symptoms, is real, is hyperactive liver Yang, hypertension, vertigo (Meniere’s syndrome). 2) Round dun type This point is filled like a round dun under the main qi and water stagnation, such as neuropathic headache, cough and asthma. 3) Tendon type acupuncture points can be probed under the strips or small bean-like objects, nodules, main blood stasis, phlegm, gynecological tumors (uterine fibroids). 4) Soft and fatty acupuncture points with soft, swollen, and loose skin, mainly weakness of Qi, blood, and water-dampness. 5) Loose type acupuncture point part of the skin is loose, inelastic, the main deficiency. Diagnosis of liver area 1) Uneven greenish color of liver area is a decrease in detoxification function of liver and gallbladder. 2) Prominence of the liver area is a decrease in liver function. 3) Dry and congested eyes, large bags under the eyes, and decreased vision are due to the strong liver fire. 5. Diagnosis of the spleen area 1) Yellowish skin color in the spleen area is for spleen and stomach disharmony. 2) Mouth ulcers, red acne around the mouth and forehead are due to real heat in the spleen and stomach. 3) Loose skin and deficient spleen qi for those who are fat, yellowish tongue coating and constipation for those who are fat and have strong stomach fire. 6. Kidney area diagnosis 1) Sunken kidney area and dark waist are mostly kidney water deficiency. 2) The face is prone to cloud-like patches of black spots, cold hands and feet and fear of cold for kidney Yang deficiency. 3) Hearing loss and tinnitus, lumbar soreness, dryness and fear of heat in the hands and feet are Kidney Yin deficiency. 7. Diagnosis of the genital area 1) Raised genital area: low menstrual flow, dark blood clots, dysmenorrhea. 2) Recessed genital area: easy to have dark spots on the face, early or receding menstrual flow, mostly symptoms of cold uterus and cold womb.
