Headaches Prevalent in Young People

Headaches that occur in young people are commonly caused by tension headache, migraine, cluster headache and so on.
1. Tension headache: some young people due to study or work pressure, resulting in excessive mental tension, the impact on sleep, resulting in serious lack of sleep, easily induced tension headache. Usually persistent dull pain, often accompanied by dizziness, insomnia, anxiety, photophobia and other symptoms.
2. Migraine: most common in young and middle-aged women. The disease is usually associated with genetic factors, dietary factors, bad habits and other factors, such as the consumption of cheese, chocolate, mental stress, excessive late-night and so on, may trigger migraine attacks, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, dizziness, pallor and other symptoms.
3. Cluster headache: the age of onset of 20~40 years old mostly, is a primary trigeminal autonomic headache, characterized by recurrent, transient unilateral severe headache.
