General principles of postoperative rehabilitation of posterior shoulder dislocation: 1. The patient’s arm was placed in an abduction pack and placed in a neutral position for 6 weeks. 2.Active movement of the shoulder joint with the help of the shoulder joint was gradually strengthened for 3 weeks. 3.At 6 weeks, active abduction can reach 90 degrees. Anterior flexion was 60 degrees, internal rotation was 60 degrees, and external rotation was not limited. 4.Mobility is not limited at 9 weeks after surgery. 5, 9-10 months before the overhead activities and weight-bearing sports. Specific methods: From the first postoperative day, the rehabilitation training program: pendulum-like movement; neutral position can be mild external rotation, elbow, wrist, hand joints active movement; from the third postoperative day: shoulder-thoracic joint movement; passive activities (active abduction up to 90 degrees at 6 weeks. 60 degrees of anterior flexion, 60 degrees of internal rotation, and unrestricted external rotation) To 6 weeks postoperatively: passive internal rotation can exceed 60 degrees; active activity of flexion-abduction-internal rotation; isometric contraction training; rehabilitation of proprioception. To 9 weeks postoperatively, mobility is not limited. At 3 months postoperatively, sports were possible, but contact sports and throwing sports were absolutely not allowed. Internal rotation of the shoulder joint should not exceed 90 degrees during all sports. Continue isometric contraction training and proprioceptive rehabilitation. Overhead activities and weight-bearing sports are not allowed until 9 months postoperatively.
