Treatment, abdominal pain need to follow the doctor’s advice to oral bromoprimide tylenol or subcutaneous injection of atropine, while oral or intravenous rehydration; 4, acute abdominal disease: stomach pain is severe, unbearable, and vomit, need to be alert to acute abdominal disease, including pediatric appendicitis, intestinal entrapment, intestinal torsion, intestinal obstruction, cholecystitis, gallstones and other diseases. If intestinal obstruction is diagnosed, gastrointestinal decompression can be used in mild cases, while surgery is required in severe cases. If it is primary intussusception, air or barium enema can be applied to reset it, if it cannot be reset or other types of intussusception, it can be treated surgically. Children with stomach pain and vomiting need to be closely monitored for dehydration and consciousness, and if abnormalities are found, the doctor should be informed promptly. A light diet is needed, and attention should be paid to dietary hygiene.
