Fusidic acid is generally referred to as fusidic acid cream, and can be used in conjunction with retinoic acid cream under the supervision of a physician for the treatment of common acne. It is generally not recommended for patients with other skin conditions to avoid skin irritation. Fusidic acid cream is a commonly used topical drug in clinical dermatology, mainly used for the treatment of acne vulgaris, skin atrophy, psoriasis and other skin diseases.
