What to do when you run out of reserve vision

The reserve vision of the eye refers to the reserve of farsightedness. When the reserve vision is used up, there is usually no way to restore it, and it is recommended to prevent and control myopia in advance.
Most people will be born with about 100 to 300 degrees of hyperopia. As the eyes continue to develop, the degree of hyperopia will decrease, and then the vision will gradually return to normal around the age of 10 to 12. The development of the eyes is irreversible, so there is no way to restore the reserve vision if it is used up.
In normal times, we should pay attention to reduce the use of eyes, more outdoor activities, do not overuse the eyes, to ensure adequate rest of the eyes, cultivate good eye habits, avoid studying or playing cell phones in poorly lit situations, and pay attention to the diet of vitamins and lutein supplementation.
If any discomfort occurs, consult a doctor immediately for a relevant examination, so as to avoid delaying the condition and affecting the child’s eyesight.
