How to measure your myopia

In order to measure your myopia, you need to go to the ophthalmology department of a hospital for an optometry examination.
Myopia is a type of refractive error, a common eye disease, usually due to the combination of poor eye habits and genetic predisposition, and is more common in childhood and adolescence.
Myopia patients need to go to the ophthalmology department of the hospital for an optometry examination to determine the exact degree of myopia. For children with myopia, in order to differentiate between true myopia and pseudomyopia, a further dilated optometry examination is usually needed.
When myopia occurs, you need to go to the hospital and have the doctor complete the relevant examinations to confirm the degree of myopia, and then formulate a corrective plan according to the doctor’s recommendations.
