Characteristics of muscle tension

Muscle tension often has the following characteristics: 1. There is a significant increase in muscle tone. If the patient continues to have muscle tension, it will result in a very high tension on the surface of the muscle, which means that it can feel very hard when it is touched. In addition to this, the continuous contraction of the muscles can cause very high tension in the patient’s joints. For example, when the patient’s joints are moved passively, they feel very stiff. 2. It may cause continuous muscle tremors, and when the muscles are continuously tense, there will be fatigue here, which over time will cause the muscles to tremble. 3. 4. There may be particularly pronounced local muscle spasms, which may cause nodules. For example, in case of persistent muscle tension, there may be very obvious spastic muscle masses or muscle striae at the muscle belly.
