Protrusion of the clavicle tip is mainly due to three reasons: First, it is caused by trauma. After trauma, the acromioclavicular ligament is damaged, which causes dislocation or subluxation of the acromioclavicular joint, thus causing protrusion of the clavicle tip and obvious pain when pressing on the clavicle tip. Second, it is caused by degeneration, especially after the occurrence of degeneration and osteophytes in the acromioclavicular joint, which can cause the acromion of the acromion, protrusion and pain when lifting the shoulder. Third, it is caused by strain, especially the repeated stress on the shoulder, which causes strain and arthritis in the acromioclavicular joint, resulting in protrusion and pain in the acromion of the clavicle.
