Can you use methylcobalamin for neurogenic gastritis?

Neurogenic gastritis can be treated with methylcobalamin.
Prolonged mental tension, excessive stress and depression can have an effect on the normal movement and secretion of the stomach, leading to neurological dysfunction. The main manifestations are neurotic vomiting, epigastric discomfort, burning sensation, pain, acid reflux, belching, etc., often accompanied by insomnia and dreaminess, headache, palpitations and so on. Methylcobalamin is an endogenous vitamin B12, which can repair damaged nerve tissues and relieve the symptoms of neurogenic gastritis.

If neurogenic gastritis is diagnosed, early and standardized treatment is recommended to minimize the adverse effects of the disease. Methylcobalamin should be used under medical supervision.
