What to eat in the 2nd month after childbirth

There is no such thing as “what is good to eat in the second month after childbirth”, but it is good to pay attention to the rational combination of diet and balanced intake of a variety of nutrients.
In the second month after delivery, the body has basically recovered to the non-pregnant state. Diet can enter the ordinary diet, no special contraindications. The World Health Organization recommends that babies should be exclusively breastfed for 6 months and continue to be breastfed until 2 years of age or even longer with the addition of complementary foods.
For women who need to breastfeed, they should increase animal food and seafood rich in high quality protein and vitamin A, and use iodized salt. Pleasant mood, adequate sleep, promote milk secretion. Insist on breastfeeding, moderate exercise, and gradually restore the appropriate weight. Avoid smoking and alcohol, strong tea and coffee.
In the second month after giving birth, mothers should eat a variety of foods but not too much, and pay attention to the nutrition of the whole breastfeeding period. If the mother is not feeling well, she should consult a doctor in time.
