Is it normal for the lining to be about 0.6cm thick?

Whether or not it is normal for the endometrium to be about 0.6cm thick depends on what time of day it is. If it is at the time when you are about to have your period, the endometrium may grow to about 10cm, which is also relatively normal. The endometrium varies throughout the menstrual cycle and is changing with the menstrual cycle. During menstruation, the thickness of the lining is usually 0.1-0.2cm, around ovulation it is about 0.3-0.5cm, and it can basically reach about 10cm when it is about to reach menstruation. If it is located in the middle of menstruation, endometrial thickness of 0.6cm is normal and there is nothing to worry about. If in late menstruation, when you are about to have your period, an endometrial thickness of 0.6cm is abnormal, indicating that the endometrium is too thin and needs to be treated with medication, such as progesterone or estrogen. A thin endometrium can easily affect the fertilization of eggs and lead to infertility. Usually, you should pay attention to eating soy products in moderation in your daily life, which is better for women’s uterus and will also increase the thickness of the endometrium. Insist on drinking a glass of soy milk every morning, or consuming dried beans or tofu, and long-term persistence will improve.
