There are more causes of itchy skin in hot days, such as summer dermatitis, heat rash, cholinergic urticaria, etc., which need to be treated according to different diseases, using different methods, including general treatment, medication and so on.
1. Summer dermatitis:

3. Cholinergic urticaria: due to the release of acetylcholine peripheral nerves caused by point-like wind skin disease, can also cause itching. First of all, we should avoid excessive exercise or drinking hot beverages; secondly, we can take oral antihistamines for relief, such as fexofenadine, loratadine, etc.; and we can use topical glycerine lotion and benadryl cream to relieve itching.
