Correct posture of cervical traction

Similarly, there are two types of cervical traction in clinical practice. First, home traction: it is an inflatable cervical traction device. Patients should have their cervical spine diagnosed before using an inflatable cervical traction device. If patients with spinal stenosis are not able to use cervical traction, patients with non-spinal stenosis can choose to use the inflatable cervical traction device. First put the cervical traction device around the neck, then slightly lower the head, and then inflate it so that the whole air cushion can drag the head, not too much strength. If the time is short can slightly increase the strength, time in about half an hour, if more than half an hour should be adjusted to the strength of traction. Second, the more formal medical traction device: more expensive, more complex operation, can be used under the guidance of a doctor.
