What is the route of the Ren Chakra?

The course of the Ren vein is from the abdomen, down to the perineum, then up along the anterior median line to the throat, and finally to the eyes.

The Ren Vein originates from below the middle pole, i.e., in the abdomen, descends from the perineum, travels upward to the pubic hair area, travels through the internal organs, i.e., through the abdomen and upward along the anterior midline, passes through the Neiguan acupoint and other acupoints, and then upward to the throat, and then continues to travel upward around the lips of the mouth and passes through the face and enters the infraorbital region, and then connects to the eyes.

Acupuncture points on the Ren vein can be used to treat diseases of the internal organs; gynecological diseases, male diseases and anterior yin diseases; epilepsy, insomnia and other psychosomatic diseases; deficiency diseases such as fatigue and deficiencies; and localized diseases of the neck, head, chest, abdomen and so on.
