Wisdom teeth have broken the front teeth, should they be extracted together?

Wisdom teeth that have damaged the front teeth can be treated with filling, root canal or extraction depending on the extent of the damage, and it is not necessary to extract them.
1. Filling and restoration: If the wisdom tooth only causes mild damage or caries to the neighboring teeth, it is sufficient to fill and restore the defective and carious part of the tooth.
2. Root canal treatment: If the adjacent teeth are severely decayed due to the impact of wisdom teeth and cause inflammation of the pulp tissue resulting in obvious pain, root canal treatment can be performed to remove the inflamed pulp tissue to effectively stop the pain and preserve the affected teeth.
3. Extraction: If the roots or most of the adjacent teeth are damaged by the wisdom teeth and cannot be preserved by the above treatment, the teeth can only be extracted and restorative treatments, such as implant restoration, can be carried out at a later date.
It is recommended to consult a doctor in time for a clear diagnosis and treatment in order to avoid delaying the condition.
