Lung cancer arthralgia is manifested by joint swelling and pain, deformation, and limitation of movement. Lung cancer manifests as local symptoms of lung, such as cough, hemoptysis, chest pain; systemic metastatic symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, etc. Besides, there are extrapulmonary symptoms, such as tumor-related ectopic syndrome and pulmonary osteoarthroproliferative disorder. Joint manifestations of lung cancer belong to pulmonary osteoarthroproliferative disorder. Lung-derived osteoarthroproliferative disorder usually manifests as swelling and pain, deformation and limitation of movement of large joints such as knee joint, ankle joint, wrist joint, etc., and even ankylosis in serious conditions. Most patients’ joint symptoms appear before lung cancer, and the symptoms can be reduced or disappear if the tumor is removed. If symptoms related to joints appear, patients should consult the doctor in time to find out the cause of the disease and exclude the possibility of lung cancer.
