Atilizumab combined with bevacizumab treatment does not need to be combined with lenvatinib. Atilizumab belongs to PD-1 immunotherapy drugs, and has better efficacy in advanced malignant tumors such as liver cancer and lung cancer. Bevacizumab and lenvatinib both belong to the targeted drugs that inhibit angiogenesis, and both of them have the same target point, so they can’t be used in combination. Atelizumab can be combined with one of bevacizumab and lenvatinib to achieve better efficacy in some advanced malignant tumors through different mechanisms of action. Combination therapy increases the probability of adverse reactions, and attention should be paid to the assessment to avoid serious adverse reactions that affect the quality of life. Drugs need to be used under the guidance of a doctor, do not blindly use drugs.
