1. For children with cryptorchidism, early testicular descent fixation surgery will gradually restore testosterone level to normal. If the development of adult cryptorchidism is complete, cryptorchidism descent fixation is feasible. If the development is incomplete or cancer is suspected, radical testicular resection should be performed.
