Breast nodules do not usually cause numbness and soreness in the hands.
Breast nodules are a broad concept, with most being benign lesions and a few being malignant. Benign lesions mostly present as unilateral or bilateral multiple nodules that are well-defined, well-mobile, relatively slow-growing, and not adherent to the skin, although some may be associated with periodic swelling or tenderness.
Malignant lesions are often unilateral solitary nodules, which usually have unclear borders, poor mobility, often adherent to the skin, and faster growth, etc. Some of the nodules are accompanied by nipple discharge and nipple dimpling.
However, clinical and related researches have not found that benign lesions or malignant lesions will lead to numbness and soreness of the hands, so breast nodules generally do not lead to numbness and soreness of the hands.
