Hemiplegia exercise methods are mainly divided into early, stable and recovery training, such as patient limb placement training.
1. Early stage of hemiplegia: mainly carry out limb placement training, stretch the elbow joint of the upper limb, and stretch the fingers, dorsiflexion of the wrist joint; flex the shoulder joint by 90° under the lying position of the good limb, and let the wrist be in the extended position, to avoid injury of the shoulder joint.
2. Stabilization period: help the patient to do joint passive training, i.e., the rehabilitation physician holds the distal end of the affected limb with one hand and the proximal end of the limb with the other hand to help the patient to slowly move the joints to the patient’s maximum pain tolerance or the joints with the greatest possible extent.
3. Recovery period: In this period, the patient’s limbs are mainly used for large movements, first of all, the patient is trained to lift and muscle stimulation, and the patient is instructed and assisted to cross his hands and lift his hands above his head, and the exercise is repeated for many times.
Secondly, the patient is instructed to take the initiative to carry out limb movements such as shoulder swing, leg pinch, hip swing, bridge movement, turning over, sitting up, bending the knees, and sitting balance on the basis of his pain tolerance.
When the patient carries on the exercise, must do it according to the strength, when there is serious discomfort, need to go to the hospital in time for follow-up.
