What to do about stones at the end of the right ureter

Right ureteral end stone, if the stone is small and can be discharged naturally, medication such as tamsulosin is feasible; if the stone is large, surgical treatment such as transurethral ureteroscopy lithotripsy is feasible.
1. Smaller stones: For stones less than 6mm, without obvious discomfort, you can generally drink a lot of water, appropriate exercise, or oral tamsulosin and potassium citrate sodium granules and other stone removal drugs to promote the discharge of stones. All of the above drugs should be applied under the guidance of a doctor.
2. Larger stones: For patients with stones larger than 6mm, or with symptoms of stricture, surgical treatment such as transurethral ureteroscopy with lithotripsy is generally recommended.
Patients with stones in the right ureteral end need to consult a doctor for timely examination and early treatment.
