Does adenocarcinoma of the eyelid cause redness, swelling and pain?

Blepharocarcinoma develops in the glands of the upper eyelid, and the typical symptom is a hard and confined mass, and in the advanced stage, there may be skin breakage, bleeding, eyelid deformity, redness, swelling and pain and other uncomfortable symptoms. Early symptoms of leptomeningeal adenocarcinoma are hard nodules palpable on the skin and yellowish-white spots.
