New Domestic Anti-Liver Cancer Drugs

Domestic targeted and immunotherapy drugs for liver cancer mainly include donafenib, apatinib, tirilizumab and so on. 1. Donafenib is Donafenib tosylate tablets: it is the deuterium substitute compound of Sorafenib, and its mechanism of action is the same as that of Sorafenib, which is a multikinase inhibitor. It can inhibit the proliferation of various human tumor cells in vitro. Donafinil is indicated for patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma who have not previously received systemic systemic therapy. 2. Apatinib, Apatinib Mesylate Tablets: Apatinib is a small molecule vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits tumor angiogenesis. Apatinib is indicated for patients with advanced gastric adenocarcinoma or adenocarcinoma of the gastro-esophageal junction that has progressed or recurred after at least 2 prior systemic chemotherapies, and patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who have failed or are intolerant to at least one prior line of systemic therapy. 3. Tirilizumab is a humanized recombinant anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma after at least one systemic therapy. It is recommended to go to regular hospitals to evaluate the condition, follow the doctor’s instruction to cooperate with the treatment, and choose the appropriate treatment plan to avoid delaying the condition. Please strictly follow the doctor’s instructions for medication, and do not use medication on your own.
