What are the Early Symptoms of Liver Cancer

Early stage of liver cancer has no obvious symptoms, and there may be nausea, abdominal distension, loss of appetite and other gastrointestinal symptoms with lack of specificity, while typical symptoms such as hepatomegaly and fever can be seen in middle and late stage. 1. Pain in liver area: persistent distension or dull pain in right upper abdomen; if the lesion violates diaphragm, the pain may involve right shoulder and back; if there is rupture of cancerous nodule, it may cause severe abdominal pain and acute abdominal symptoms, and it may also lead to shock due to heavy bleeding. 2. Hepatomegaly: the liver is progressively enlarged, hard, with uneven surface, often with nodules of different sizes, and the edge of the liver is blunt and irregular. 3. Signs of cirrhosis: patients transformed from decompensated cirrhosis to hepatocellular carcinoma may show rapid increase of abdominal fluid and intractable, and the fluid is mostly leakage. 4. Systemic manifestations: progressive emaciation, fever, lack of appetite, malaise and cachexia, etc. If metastasis occurs, corresponding symptoms of metastatic foci may appear. If the above symptoms appear, go to the hospital for diagnosis in time to avoid delaying the condition.
