The general symptoms of gastroenteritis include abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, but the symptoms vary according to different types of gastroenteritis. 1. Infectious gastroenteritis: most patients have an acute onset of illness, with early symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, drainage-like stools, and fever. If the food poisoning in a few hours after eating the onset of severe cases can appear mucus pus blood stool. In case of amoebic virus infection, it can cause fishy, jam-like stools. Tuberculous enteritis is manifested as long-term chronic abdominal pain, diarrhea, sometimes with diarrhea, constipation and other symptoms alternately. 2.
