What are the symptoms of gastroenteritis

The general symptoms of gastroenteritis include abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, but the symptoms vary according to different types of gastroenteritis. 1. Infectious gastroenteritis: most patients have an acute onset of illness, with early symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, drainage-like stools, and fever.
