The Difference Between Acting Qi and Regulating Qi

There is generally no difference between Xing Qi and Zheng Qi. The so-called “Xing Qi” refers to a method of treating qi stagnation by unblocking the body’s qi, which is also known as regulating qi. The qi of the human body is generated by the transformation of essence and merges with the clear qi of nature inhaled by the lungs. The movement of qi is called qi qi. The elevation and movement of qi is vital to the life activities of the human body. When the movement of qi is abnormal and the elevation of qi is out of balance, it is called qi dysfunction. When the operation of qi is obstructed and not smooth, it is called qi dysfunction (the body’s gas does not run smoothly). When it is obstructed to a greater extent and localized obstruction is not possible, it is called qi stagnation. To move qi means to unblock the body’s qi by means of medicines or other methods, so as to achieve the purpose of treating qi stagnation. Xing Qi can also be called regulating Qi, so there is no difference between the two. If you feel unwell, please seek medical advice.
