What causes hand numbness when playing games

Playing games with hand numbness may be caused by cervical spondylosis, ulnar nerve compression, carpal tunnel syndrome and other factors.
1. Cervical spondylosis: when playing games, a long time in the low head or half lying half sitting or improper posture will lead to excessive forward tilt of the cervical vertebrae or excessive head down leading to deformation of the neck, thus compressing the nerve root of the upper arm, resulting in numbness of the hand.
2. ulnar nerve compression: when playing games for a long time, it will lead to persistent contraction of the forearm flexor muscles, thus compressing the ulnar nerve at the elbow tube flexion, leading to hand numbness.
3. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: due to playing games, the hand frequently thumb or other finger operations, the formation of aseptic inflammation in the wrist, resulting in part of the wrist tendon swelling adhesion, adhesion to the innervation of the fingers of the nerves caused by part of the extrusion and thus the phenomenon of hand numbness.
