How to treat itchy flaky skin in the elderly

Elderly people with itchy and flaky skin are mostly considered to be chronic eczema, psoriasis, ringworm and other diseases, which need to be clearly diagnosed and then treated with appropriate medications, such as glucocorticosteroids, vitamin D3 derivatives, and antifungals, for the specific disease. 1. Ringworm: generally can be used externally antifungal treatment, such as ketoconazole ointment, terbinafine cream, etc.; serious condition, oral antifungal treatment, such as itraconazole.
