The reasons for always feeling moist nipples are as follows: 1) nipple eczema, which can lead to discharge and even a moist sensation; 2) Paije’s disease, an eczema-like carcinoma of the nipple, which can also lead to moist nipples; and 3) relatively rare lesions, such as melanoma or basal cell lesions, which can also lead to moist nipples. If you often find moist nipples, it is necessary to visit a breast specialist to clarify the cause of moist nipples, and if necessary, use hormonal creams to treat them according to inflammation. If the condition resolves in the short term, it is likely to be a contact inflammatory-type lesion, but care should be taken to screen for the possible coexistence of other diseases, such as Paget’s disease, which requires a cytologic biopsy or a full nipple skin biopsy to screen for important issues to avoid missing them.
