The minimally invasive procedure for lung nodules involves sterilizing the surgical area, placing auxiliary instruments, resecting and removing tissue, and suturing and bandaging the incision. 1. Sterilization of the surgical area: the surgical site is determined preoperatively, and after the patient is anesthetized, the surgical area is sterilized and a towel is laid down to expose an adequate field of view. 2. Placement of surgical instruments: Use a scalpel to make two to three 1-3 cm incisions on the patient’s skin surface, and place the thoracoscope and auxiliary surgical instruments through the small incisions on the chest wall surface. 3. Resection and removal of tissues: Find the lung nodule by presenting the localized picture of the lung on the external screen, resect the lung nodule with the help of auxiliary instruments, and remove the pathological tissues and send them for pathological examination. 4. Suture and bandage the incision: after the lung nodule is removed, the lung tissue on the affected side is inflated to make sure that there is no air leakage at the lung incision, the incision is sutured layer by layer, and the incision is bandaged with sterile gauze. Minimally invasive surgery for lung nodules needs to be completed by a specialized physician.
