Blistering eczema on the body (i.e. blistering eczema) can be dealt with by general treatment and medication, etc.
1. General treatment: During the flare-up period, external stimuli such as hot water scalding, excessive scratching and avoiding chemical fiber clothing should be minimized. Diet should avoid spicy and stimulating food, as well as avoid eating allergic food, so as not to aggravate the condition.
2. Drug treatment: when local skin exudation occurs, 3% boric acid solution can be used for wet compresses; when the local dry, no exudation, can be used externally, such as dinexed cream, fluticasone propionate cream and other glucocorticosteroid ointment; can also be taken orally, such as loratadine, cetirizine and other antihistamine drugs.
For patients with severe symptoms, glucocorticosteroids such as prednisone and immunosuppressants such as cyclosporine can also be applied systematically under the guidance of a doctor to relieve symptoms.
It is recommended that patients suffering from blistering eczema go to the regular hospital in time, and actively cooperate with the doctor for treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
