Local ultrasound should be performed to detect swollen lymph nodes in the clavicular region, most commonly due to tumors of the gastrointestinal tract or respiratory system. Localized fusion, enlargement, pain and fever can also be seen. If necessary, CT scan of the chest or esophagus, gastroscopy and colonoscopy are also required. If a malignant tumor metastasizes in the clavicular region, it is already a manifestation of advanced stage, but systemic intravenous chemotherapy or local radiation therapy can be chosen after the pathological type is clarified, which can control the development of the tumor to a certain extent and prolong the survival time of the patient. If the patient has obvious pain symptoms, pain treatment can be given according to the need, commonly oral aminogest or tramadol tablets can be used, and later intramuscular morphine hydrochloride injection can be given.
