Endocrine therapy drugs include anti-estrogen drugs, steroids, anti-androgen drugs, and often LRH, as well as conventional hormonal drugs, such as dexamethasone, etc. Different drugs are used for different diseases. Anti-estrogenic drugs, which are endocrine drugs for premenopausal women, such as the common triamcinolone and toremifene. Steroids are drugs often used in postmenopausal women with breast cancer, such as letrozole and anastrozole. In the case of debulking surgery for prostate cancer, drugs such as goserelin and leuprolide are required. Hormonal drugs, all of which have a mild anti-inflammatory effect. The most common endocrine therapies that are clinically referred to are anti-estrogen therapy and anti-androgen therapy.
