Raw Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Radix et Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori Soup has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, detoxifying and removing dampness, tonifying blood and nourishing Yin.

Note that spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation, abdominal fullness and loose stools (feces thin and unformed) should not be used.
2. Poria cocos: sweet and light in flavor, flat in nature, with the effect of detoxifying and removing dampness, and facilitating the joints. It can be used to alleviate the symptoms of gonorrhea (cloudy urine and leukorrhea), eczema, itching, and contracture of the limbs. Note that the liver and kidney yin deficiency should not be taken with caution, avoid tea when taking the medicine.
