The possibility of pregnancy cannot be ruled out after a little menstruation. A follow-up HCG test and ultrasound examination should be performed if necessary. If it is clear that the pregnancy is intrauterine, it is a small amount of vaginal bleeding combined with intrauterine pregnancy, and there is a possibility of miscarriage, which should be closely monitored. If a pregnancy is detected but there is no definite intrauterine pregnancy, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy is not ruled out, but it should be considered in conjunction with any abdominal pain or other discomfort. If pregnancy is ruled out and the menstrual flow is small, a follow-up examination should be performed, taking into account the history of previous abortions or miscarriages, and considering whether there are cavity adhesions or other ovarian abnormalities caused by the above conditions.
